Cooking Demonstration and Meal

Arrival 11.30am, drinks will be available from the Bar ör Lounge. 

Demonstration will commence at 12 noon prompt, and will include

the preparation, cooking and presentation of

a starter & main ör main & dessert, and will vary from month to month.

Recipes & methods will be provided.

Matt will also offer tips and advice on the use of seasonal ingredients,

followed by any questions.

You will then be served a 2-course lunch

with coffee & petite fours.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited

Due to the nature of this event, you will be sat on mixed tables of 6 people.

Our Cocktail Hour (2 for £15) will be available until 3pm.

All for £25 per person
